    What should I choose, video or animation?

    We will be happy to walk you through the best options available. In many cases a mixed media approach delivers the best results.

    Are you more expensive than other agencies?

    We are mid-range. This allows us to produce a product you’ll be proud of. However, we are flexible and will always look to work within a client’s budget.

    How much input do you require from us?

    We’ll go through everything with you on a kick off meeting. Once we know your objectives, we’ll take the steer on creating your production. We’ll let you know what’s required from you: such as brand book, font and color palette. And we will need feedback at key moments from you and/or your team.

    Do you use AI in your workflow?

    We see it as a useful tool, if we feel it improves efficiency and workflow in production we will use it. We will always utilize new tools to improve the outcome of projects.

    Do you keep copies of your projects and are they secure?

    Of course! We have routine daily backups (plus offline and off-site versions) of live and past projects. We have complete security on and off-site, giving you full peace of mind. And, we can de-archive your data and restore your projects quickly and easily.

    What about graphics and branding?

    If you have assets and branding, perfect. If not, we can work with you to create these, as we have animators, editors, and designers in-house.
